Meet the Owners — T.J. & Mj
It's BIN Real is family-owned and operated by T.J. and Mj Gonzales, right here in Crescent City, Florida. We started this store with a simple idea: great deals, local finds, and community first.
Every week we hunt down overstock, returns, and liquidated treasures — and every Thursday we close up shop to restock the bins with fresh finds for Friday. What's in the bins changes every single week, and the price drops every day until $2 Wednesday. When it's gone, it's gone!
How the bins work
Every item in the bins is one flat price for the day: Friday $12 • Saturday $10 • Sunday $8 • Monday $6 • Tuesday $4 • Wednesday $2 — and we're closed Thursdays for restock.
